Art Smiley Decor Refund Policy  

Art Smiley Decor strives to provide excellent customer service. Our team understands that you may have to return or exchange items sometimes. We encourage you to read our policy below for further details:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Period to Exchange: Exchange within 7 days after receiving the item in its original condition.
  • CancellationPolicy: Refund on orders if you cancel the same within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations are not accepted after the item has been shipped.
  • Return Conditions: For Returns or Exchanges, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping: Customers are liable for the cost of return shipping, except for damaged and defective items.

Non-returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items if they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Personalized artwork (such as customized sculptures and prints, framed artwork, etc.).
  • If the artwork is broken or modified (used or changed after delivery).
  • In the absence of proof of damage for prints or artwork (no unboxing video or photographic evidence).
  • Sale or discounted items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your art or decor arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video: You must include a video or images of the damage to help speed up the process.

If we find the item defective or damaged due to inadequate packaging,  we will pay for return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Different banks have different processing times, and the amount may take up to 14 working days to appear in your bank account.
  • You are expected to return the items in their original state. If an item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error, we will deny the refund or exchange.
  • Since we make custom items to your specifications, we do not take returns on these items except for damage or defects.

 Order Cancellations

You are allowed to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that we cannot cancel the order once it is processed.
