Local Art Delivery Guidelines
If the artwork's origin and destination are within the same country, it will fall under local shipping with the following timelines:
Sculptures and Framed Artworks: Delivered within 7-10 business days from the order date.
Rolled Artworks and Prints: Shipped faster, arriving within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are based on the size of the artwork and calculated during checkout.
International Shipping
If the artwork’s origin and destination are in different countries, it will be categorized as international art shipping with the following timelines:
Sculptures and Framed Artworks: Delivered within 15-20 business days from the order date.
Rolled Artworks and Prints: Shipped in protective tubes, arriving within 8-12 business days.
Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday).
Delays in international shipping services due to customs clearance or other external factors do not entitle customers to refunds for shipping costs. Before placing an international order, it is recommended to consult your local customs office to understand the potential costs and procedures.
